This is a delicious, healthy snack that is super easy to make at home. All you need is a few cans of cooked chickpeas and a selection of spices.
Of course if you prefer, you can cook your own chickpeas – just soak them overnight, drain and bring to a boil then simmer until tender (about an hour). Drain once they are cooked and let them cool before you roast them off.
Boiled chickpeas can also be frozen for up to a month if you want to have a supply on hand for a snack.
