450g savoury pastry
Alu Methi Ready To Eat meal
3 tbsp oil
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Roll your pastry into a ball, then separate it into three balls. Roll out each ball in the shape of a circle until the diameter is approximately 20cms. Slice the circles in half with a knife.
Place a couple of teaspoons of the Alu Methi Ready To Eat meal in the middle of each circle.
Fold one corner of the pastry over the filling, so it falls in the shape of a triangle, then wrap the other side over. Pinch the pastry together.
Cover the samosas in oil and place them on a tray. Pop them in the oven for 20minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serve with your favourite sauce or chutney.
