Mango Almond Smoothie

This delicious tropical flavoured smoothie is perfect on a hot day when you or your family need an energy boost.

INGREDIENTS

3 blanched almonds
180ml MTR Badam drink
4 tbsp Kesar mango pulp or ½ cup diced fresh mango
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2 ice cubes
2 almonds for garnish, finely chopped
Mint leaves for garnish (Optional)

METHOD

Add blanched almonds and MTR Badam drink in a blender and blend till smooth.

To the blended almond mix, add mango pulp, cardamom powder, ice cubes and blend again till smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with chopped almonds and mint leaf.
