NO ONION, NO GARLIC
Spice mix for fenugreek leaves and green peas in creamy white gravy.
This simple but delicious vegetarian dish is mild to taste and has a distinctive creaminess that is a combination of the milk and cashew nut based sauce.
Simply combine the spices with two cups of milk and set aside. Saute 200g of fresh or frozen peas in oil for a few minutes then add the sauce and cook until it thickens.
Serve hot over rice or with roti.
Skim milk, sugar, cashew nuts, whey, salt, rice flakes, corn starch, fenugreek leaves, coriander, green chilli, other spices.
